Five Items to Shop for at a Thrift Store
I’m constantly asked what my top thrift store finds are, and truth is, the list is constantly changing. Every time I thrift, I walk away with fun and unique items for my wardrobe (and Poshmark closet).
While I believe thrifting should be the go-to method of shopping for (almost) everything, I understand that it’s not a possibility for everyone. I recently joined 3TV Your Life Arizona for a segment on my top items to thrift.

Suits - A quality suit can set you back a few hundred dollars. Fortunately, thrift stores usually have a great selection of sets in a variety of styles, colors, and sizes.
Jackets - There’s minimal sweater weather in Arizona, so making a big investment on coats isn’t always necessary. Thrift store options and prices are unbeatable.
Jeans - Denim is a staple in any wardrobe, and it’s one of the easiest things to shop for at thrift stores. Keep an eye out for quality brands, trendy styles, and flattering fits.
Skirts - Stocking your wardrobe with chic separates makes getting dressed a breeze. Skirts are feminine, flirty, and flattering.
Dresses – Whether you’re looking for something to wear to work, date night or a special event, thrift stores have something for every occasion at great prices.
Of course, take these recommendations with a grain of salt. If skirts and dresses aren’t your style, feel free to edit the list as you see fit. The key here is to understand where you get the most value from when thrifting at your favorite second-hand stores.
